The Labyrinth Experience - Walking a Sacred Path

The Labyrinth dates back to over 4000 years ago and has been found in several continents and spiritual traditions. Countless cultures have been drawn to the sacred space of the Labyrinth and used it as a tool for prayer, meditation and personal pilgrimage to balance mind body and soul. Recently the Labyrinth has been revived as a healing and restorative tool that crosses cultural and religious boundaries.

Joachim's presentation discussed the connection of the Labyrinth to Sacred Geometry, it's history and it's uses as well as a showing of Grace Cathedral's award winning documentary "Rediscovering the Labyrinth" that tells its history, mystery, and personal stories of transformation from those who have experienced this ancient form of meditation. An open Labyrinth Walk was set up at the conference on Saturday evening featuring the authentic Chartres Cathedral Labyrinth replica.
